Storyline:
Legend has it that the seas are just a reflection of the cosmos, and that whales are just but a gleam of the stars in the universe. It is said that they keep the secrets of creation and that their songs are the echo of the planets within our hearts. It is whispered that in their millennial journey, the treasures that will change the path of our planet Earth are kept, and that the whales’ journey through the cosmos is a map that will be deciphered by a new generation of navigators, who possess a clear conviction, and whose rudder is fixed in their destiny. Based on this ancient legend, and guided by the song of the humpback whale, Choiba the Dance of the Humpback Whale tells the story a group of documentary filmmakers who decide to learn about the great journey of the humpback whale, following its sacred migration, from the coasts of the Colombian Pacific to the cold waters of Antarctica.
