Storyline:
Maurice, a stray cat, who has the perfect scam to make money. He finds a goofy looking boy who plays the bagpipes and has his own horde of rats, who are strangely literate. When Maurice and the rodents arrive in the sinister city of Bad Blintz, they discover that something very bad is waiting for them in the basement.
